By using OyeHQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any modifications we may make to these terms.

OyeHQ provides state-of-the-art artificial intelligence automation tools designed to assist with lead generation, customer support, and operational workflows. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To maintain a secure and efficient environment, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• You must provide accurate and complete account information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the OyeHQ platform.

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule (monthly or annually). Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your services.

All content, features, and functionality of the OyeHQ platform—including but not limited to AI models, code, branding, and UI design—are owned by OyeHQ and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

In no event shall OyeHQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from your use of the service or any AI-generated outputs.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
