Refund Policy

All payments made to OyeHQ are generally non-refundable. Since our services involve real-time AI processing, compute resources, and custom automation setups, we maintain a firm no-refund stance to ensure high-quality service for all our clients.

While we maintain a strict policy, we do consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following limited circumstances:

• Service was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
• Significant technical failure on our platform prevents core functionality.
• Duplicate payments made in error.

No refunds will be issued for cases including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Misunderstanding of the service scope or AI capabilities.
• Partial usage of the subscription period.
• Unused compute credits or monthly automation tasks.

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
